Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible service Horrible software. 3 different agents assign without notification. My last year taxes ( wish I filed using turbo tax full service) were filed incorrectly and I needed to complete an ammendment wish was a nightmare.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is a great website TurboTax was very hard to contact. I had to wait 1.5 months for my tax to be filed and for the first time had to file for an extension. Otherwise they were awesome! great experts and easy to use interface

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible product. Won't use again. Navigation of this product is ridiculous. Why not just fill out the forms instead of answering questions that may or may not lead to a correctly filed return? Customer service is non-existent. It asked "how would you like to contact us?" but only gave one option; a phone call. After 4 attempts and 4 different non-functional numbers provided, I quit trying. I had a return rejected by the IRS due to an improper entry of a 1098-T. Nice of TT to let me know, but it would have been better if the dependent's information was properly linked to the taxpayers. This should have been caught before submission. The program serves very poorly to go back and check or modify entries.
