Rated 4 out of 5 by from Was great till.. Was great till..i tried to pay...once i paid, then it fell apart and until i had a very nice Lady (Nandi) by phone in 2 minutes call me back, it took ~an hour but she solved the issue...but missed the deadline. otherwise it's intuitive!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from This year's software is the most confusing ever 1) The auto import doesn't let me see which specific stock is being reported since we have multiples from a single financial firm. 2) It insists that my husband is the filer and I am the spouse even though I am filing. 3) Our contact information is out of date and even your support person couldn't find where to update it. 4) I can no longer edit the forms directly to correct what the software is doing wrong.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Trouble with Worthless Stock The information provided in a search for "worthless stock" was difficult to obtain. When it was found, the instructions could not be followed as indicated. The instructions were so misleading, I almost think it was a way to get tax preparers to ask for higher level help to solve the issue. But higher level help cost an extra $55. In the past years "worthless stock" instructions were straight forward and easy to follow. Something happened this year in TurboTax 2021 format which makes the instruction impossible to follow. The instructions do not line up with the process. Walk through them. Don't just read the instructions but carry them out as written. The instructions say to type the word "worthless" into the description box. There is no description box. All the fields require numerical amounts. It could be my error but I search for a while and could find a way around it. I improvised a little to get something to work.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Says state is free, but every year I pay. Says state is free, but every year I pay. When I buy your product it states that state filing is free for one person. I even claim it at start filing taxes. But when I get to the end it always says I have to pay to file my state taxes.
