Rated 5 out of 5 by from TURBO TAX IS FAULOUS I HAVE USED TURBO TAX FOR YEARS. I FILE WITH VERY BASIC FORMS AND FIND TURBO TAX VERY EASY TO NAVIGATE. DIRECTIONS ARE CLEAR AND MY MOTTO IS "KEEP IT SIMPLE" AND THEY DO!

It seems like it is more for professional tax accountants than business owners. It doesn't guide you or question you in the same way other Turbo Tax products do and there isn't any support for this product.

I've been using TurboTax to file my taxes by myself since I entered the workforce but I'm positive I'll be using Live from now on. Last year due to COVID-related restructuring I lost the job I loved, had to sell my house and was unemployed for almost half a year. The financial hit was hard enough that I needed to take cash out of my 401k early to pay my bills. Things have been bleak, but Kimberly at TurboTax not only saved me $10k+ in taxes for that early disbursal, but got me an additional refund of $10k+! Thank you, Kimberly! I can't express how much you've helped me this week.
