Rated 4 out of 5 by from Getting Taxes Done, One Click At a Time Things changed from last year, but all the changes observed were for the better. I am impressed with how thorough the tax walkthroughs are, and otherwise am pleased with the result. My only gripe is the increase in prices, but that's just a sign of the times. By the way, I dinged the product because it keeps pushing to upgrade.

Turbo Tax really made filing my taxes extremely easy - the streamlined process, particularly the ability to just snap a picture of my W2 and have all of that information entered automatically for me, is part of why I switched to using this service years ago and have never looked back!

THE ONLY THING I DON'T CARE FOR IS THAT THE STATE TAX ISN'T DONE BY ITSELF SO THAT PEOPLE LIKE ME WHO MAIL IN THE STATE TAX CAN DO SO EASIER WITHOUT TRYING TO GET THE PROGRAM TO PRINT JUST THE STATE FOR ME TO MAIL IN.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to Use, helpful and knowledgeable Tax advisor The tax software was easy to use and had hints at the appropriate places. When i had an issue with the Electric Car Credit, I called TurboTax, the call was answered quickly and Shane the tax advisor form Turbo Tax was able to diagnose the issue immediately and it was resolved within a couple of minutes, Great service from Shane.
