Rated 3 out of 5 by from After update-Refund amount reduced I have used Turbo Tax for 20 years and found it superb up until this year. The program after I already filed my return told me that there was an error in my return and my refund was recalculated and was reduced. I filed my return March 12 and I have yet to receive any refund. After paying the processing fees. I thought, like in past years, I would receive my refund in a relatively short period of time. I cannot after calling Intuit get any more information regarding the status of my refund and today after the update from Turbo Tax, my refund is reduced. Not happy!

It seems like it is more for professional tax accountants than business owners. It doesn't guide you or question you in the same way other Turbo Tax products do and there isn't any support for this product.
