Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is very good The product itself is very good. But if you get stuck at some point, there is inadequate support. This is especially true in getting started and importing last year’s data. I have been using turbo tax for several years now. Today it took me 4 hours for limited income sources and standard deduction. It should have taken 1 hour. Anyway, it was a cumbersome experience.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I do have some suggestions... -I keep a log with notes and screen shots so don't make screens unnecessarily tall -Make all text on the screen able to be copied so that I can include it in my notes. -Don't ask me when I plan to sign it until I am about to print it FYI - my status is as a retired Software Engineer specialized in Large Scale Mainframe operating systems.
