Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very helpful set-up I've used TurboTax for several years and they make it easy to plug in my information. I was even walked through how to put in my new self-employment business with two knowledgeable assistants via chat and phone. Thank you for an easy process. I'll be back next year.

But having to search for documents as I was going through the form, and because it was a first in selling some stocks, not familiar with forms required. Information was less than clear. Finally, trying to finish up required, account verification steps that were drawn out. Needed were the credit card, my account password (google stored did not work for it), driver's license, bank/check information (twice). Would be nice to have a summary of what was needed to avoid multiple trips to other rooms to find the information.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from it works ok I have used turbo tax on and off for years Back in the day turbo tax allowed you to ask simple questions Due to the companies greed that is not allowed you must pay for the service I may have to look at other companies for next years taxes
