Rated 3 out of 5 by from great service but bad hidden fees Filling out all the forms was very easy and user friendly. The details provided regarding questions were very helpful. The sneaky $199 Turbo Tax fee at the end, really ruined our experience. At no time were we made aware of this fee and our ruined feeling could have been avoided with proper communication of such a LARGE FEE.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Life Goes On As usual, Turbo Tax was a life saver. However, this year my E-filed returns were rejected by the IRS and NYS due to a problem with foreign taxes. I was able to refile after what I think were the right corrections. We shall see!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from TurboTax is $$ and has too many annoying ads The product works, but the constant ads and pestering to purchase upgrades and other junk is supremely annoying. The company should give users the option to turn this nonsense off. I may move to another e-file service next year.

I love the explanations to each step that explains what and why. Agents are also fast to answer your questions and guide you through any issues you may have.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from An option to use Getting to turbo tax full premier took a while. Some people are very knowledgeable adn helpful like Mark who did our taxes, but others are confusing. I was given wrong information by some and others were just confused. I'll consider using turbotax again if i can get directly ot an expert and not get the runaround.
