Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax Can Be Complicated 1. Software incompatibility: I ran into software incompatibility problems with an older operating system. My options were to do the work online or upgrade to a newer operating system (which meant, for me, buying a new laptop). 2. Installation problems, invalid code: I still had installation problems, but 3 calls to tech support later, I was able to install and use TurboTax. 3. Dependable product: I have used it for many years and e-filing has made it easy to be done with the task once all the numbers are entered. 4. Readability issues: As an older user, I hope that TurboTax will increase the font size of their product. Even with bifocals, the screen is hard to read, and can't be magnified like other web-based print.

The only problems I had were that it asked me to pay twice, with no options to navigate on the site, so I had to call for assistance which took quite a long while more than half an hour. Then when ready to file, I had to call again for assistance because it gave me no option to say that I had already paid my federal tax due. However the representatives that assisted me were very professional and helpful to resolve the situations.

As an entrepreneur you want everything to flow like you have imaging and that isn't always the case, Turbo Tax asked all the right questions to ensure that I get the correct and best outcome for my company. I have used Turbo tax for years and will continue to do so,
