Rated 3 out of 5 by from Ugh!! Frustratingly confusing this year!! I have used Turbo Tax for at least 20+ years and this has been the most confusing and annoying package I have used. Plain English please & make sure you can delete things that you need to.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from rejected return after I paid to e-file, my fed and state tax returns were rejected. I went back to make any corrections and it still rejected. Very frustrating and need a refund of e-filing fees and now make a trip to the post office to mail my returns.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax use to be better It use to be much simpler to use. Also when paying for extras it makes you put in info , then as you go on you have to go back to the exact same page to pay again then you have to re enter the pay info again

This year was crazy year with numerous 1099s of many forms in semi-retirement, estate management, investing, supporting, giving, receiving, health care market, first time LLC, assets, deductions, depreciation...yikes! Sure appreciated the Turbo Tax app and the experts.Got it done on time and After being very nervous this year going in, I feel very confident about it. My live expert was kind, wonderful, and very helpful in our review. Thanks Turbo Tax!
