Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is good when you do it yourself The express service wasn’t good. It took way to long for my taxes to get done using the service. The extra cost was not worth it... I could have done my taxes somewhere else.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax was helpful My experience was fairly good other than the mixup with my case and the point where a tax expert that was working with a client has to keep working with the same person even if you call and get someone else and they will tell you that there is nothing they can do. I feel this is not fair when you get different people and they can't do anything to your case because their name is not on the case. I do believe it has its good with security but I feel they should be able to do more with clients that are not theirs

I was promised it would be done and filed in plenty of time. After using TurboTax for the past 4 or 5 years this was probably the last time we will use your service
