Rated 1 out of 5 by from Expensive and they hide fees until the end Really sick of this software and wont be using it again in the future. They hide using the basic software and continue to upsell throughout and already expensive process. To top it off they now charge a $40 fee to pay for the service with your federal refund.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Keeps trying to upsell and charges more at the end I hate that TurboTax keeps trying to upsell me on products while I'm trying to do my taxes, I'm already frustrated and I keep having to click no to 'upgrade' to a different product. Also, it told me the cost to file would be a certain price, then at the end charged me extra for state taxes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It just keeps on working!! I had a problem figuring out how to input two forms, and used the Live Assisted Deluxe way to go all the way through it and file my taxes correctly.

The only issue I had was at the very end I was charged the whole time I had been filing my taxes I was unaware that there was going to be a cost, so that threw me off other than that I’ll say it’s pretty easy to use
