I like the fact that filing is convenient and does not require pouring over paper documentation in order to complete the task. One can take one's time executing the software without having to sit for hours in a tax preparer's office.

I wasn't sure about the outcome and always wanted to compare it to another tax preparation software. Last year I used TurboTax as a comparison. TurboTax had a much better final result. I will not use any other tax preparation software.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax is good but too expensive The e-File section failed twice. I ended up having to file by snail-mail, which is two years in a row now. Not sure what the problem is.
