Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo tax says they have a free version... I searched everywhere to get the free version to file my taxes this year. It didn't seem to exist. I also ran into a snag while trying to file. Last year I had no issue getting ahold of a rep to help me out. Again, couldn't seem to get help. Navigating sucks this year and getting help is impossible. Ended up google searching for an hour to find a solution. Probably going a different route next year to file my taxes. It felt like a nightmare this year.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from PAYMENT I really wish I could only pay the $60 to file instead of having to pay $120 because I make little with a side job for supplemental income. Seems like I'm being penalized without getting anything extra in return.
