Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is a very good product Over the past few years, I used a lower cost tax preparation software. I wasn't sure about the outcome and always wanted to compare it to another tax preparation software. Last year I used TurboTax as a comparison. TurboTax had a much better final result. I will not use any other tax preparation software.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Live Full Service is good The TT Live Full Service is good if you get your docs in order early. If your agent is on top of the specific items you want them to focus on and is a good communicator and stays in touch with you throughout the process, the experience is a good one. My agent did all those things, so I am satisfied with the experience. There was a delay in the review process but that is something that TurboTax needs to fix and was not due to my agent.
