Rated 3 out of 5 by from Issues with TT 2020 Had issues when I first downloaded the product, then again when I tried to pay the fee to efile my state taxes. Been using your product for at least 15 years, never before had any issues with installation or download until 2020 version. Not sure I want to use TT again next year since it took me 4 phones call just to get to the screen to pay the $25 efile fee.
