Rated 4 out of 5 by from Didn't realize how simple I have always been real nervous about handling my own taxes. This was a safe an easy process. Only thing I have a hard time with is the fact that member support is only available M-F until 4ish EST. I am in the West Coast and work until 5 PM M-F. My Taxes had an issue and I got a call from Turbo Tax 3 times a day. It didn't offer to link me with representative. I just nagged me about the fact my taxes had an error. I know I have an error, can someone help me.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Turbo Tax was able to get my taxes completed. However, I am not confident that I received the best service. I have used Turbo Tax for 20 years. So, they have my information. Changing seems difficult, but I will have to review for next year.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax can sometimes feel like a scam. I use this product because it is convient but I will probably be looking for a new service next time. Each year there is some unexpected fee that pops up at the very end and I cannot move on until the fee is paid. It does not even show me that this fee is coming up until the end.
