Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax 2023 I would be super stressed if i did not have TurboTax and have not used it for years. Easy to use. Questions answered. I could have gotten a discount if I decided to file earlier.

But in this case, it detected an error in my state return (using the smart check) and although I fixed it, it prevented me from e-filing. And no matter what I did it wouldn't recognize the fix. Forcing me to mail in my returns instead of via email. Very frustrating.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax gets the job done I've used TurboTax before and have always been satisfied with the ease of filing. My only complaint is the cost due to 1099s, which other tax prep software doesn't usually charge for.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from STOP offering Upgrades in the middle of returns I've been using TurboTax for more than 10 years and will probably stop now. Can't deal with the multiple offers to upgrade service.... very annoying.
