Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax employee Jennifer Wrenn is exceptional For the last 8 years, I have enjoyed using Turbo Tax, but this year there was a glitch in my WV tax refund. I have spent many hours trying to correct this problem. I finally spoke with your employee. After more than 45 minutes of patients and assistance, the problem was fixed and my forms filed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from good, had a few trouble spots It was good until i couldn't get rid of something i didn't need and for some reason it added an extra spot to my school loan area! i called for help and representative named Lorrinda helped me out bigtime and for that.... i am a happy customer!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from TurboTax Had Major Calculation Problems After using TurboTax for years and loving it, I found the 2020 software to be full of issues. For ex., it carried over $4050 in charity contributions from a prior year but put $405,000 on my tax form. Made it look like I would get a refund when I actually owe. This is not something I keyed, it is TurboTax taking the info from a prior return and listing it correctly on one worksheet but listing it as a wildly different number on a different worksheet. This should have been found and corrected before release.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Income Taxes Made Easy I've been using Turbo Tax for 5 years and never had any issues. As long as you have your info, they'll guide you through. I probably never use any other tax filing method. Makes annual income taxes stress free! Thanks again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax has prepared my tax return for 5 years It was not difficult to enter my return information with Susan's help. She prepared my return, but she was a little slow to respond for my requests to review my return. I've paid my TurboTax fee and authorized payment to IRS by direct debit from my Charles Schwab account. However, I still have not been able to review and print out my return.
