Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great job all the way around Everything on this site is easy. Crypto is what drove me to seek expert help. Kim did an amazing job and was extremely personable. She deserves a raise. Kim was extremely knowledge but didn't hesitate to escalate during the crypto issue that inevitably came up. I am going to feel very comfortable in the future seeking expert help from TurboTax.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Forced to use certain options My return started with Live Premium and there was no way to downgrade to Turbo deluxe. It took 3 or 4 chat sessions to get someone to reset my return. Then when I tried to file, it was choosing to pay with return. I tried to pay with a card and it kept saying creditcard couldn't be processed, but logging into my bank showed 3 temporary charges. I finally had to submit using pay with return and got charged $39 more for that option.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Lacking Support I am not sure I will use again next year. I had a problem I could not find the answer unless I would pay what I would pay a CPA for in the first place. Online help did not provide the answer. No Live chat support. Set password on my phone then had to set it again on the website.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from 2022 Review Overall very intuitive and support software, but fees are getting too expensive. I have been using TurboTax for as long as I have been filing taxes , there is no loyalty discount or any kind of discount.
