Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax This year was a little more difficult than last year as the format had changed. It was still pretty easy to navigate though an it takes you step by step through each section, which I love.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy and Convenient TurboTax walks the user through the different selections and has additional explanation available along the way if a person wishes to clarify certain parts. TurboTax permits users choices in how to upload information such as bank information for dividends and interest. It provides help for those occasional additional sources of income, whether a grant or a royalty. Users can stop and pick up a day, a week, a month later and still find whatever was input saved. I work on it when I have time after work or periodically on the weekend and know I can readily pick up where I left off with the user-friendly program. I appreciate that TurboTax fills in the additional forms needed when one has multiple sources of income such as dividends and side jobs without my having to hunt down the right form. TurboTax is easy and convenient to use and definitely costs less than a tax accountant. It's a great product.

Most help pages can change size, but some are not, too tinny to to see the text. 2. some questions are asked multiple times. 3. Many questions are not needed e.g. Our state does not have have state tax, TB still ask
