Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed I just recently came off of Covid leave. I did not work for almost the entire year of 2021. I have used TurboTax for the last eight years. I have always filed for free and never had any issues. However, this year I had to pay extra because I had unemployment compensation that had to be claimed. My filing was not complicated. My filing was not more involved. I don’t own a business. I work paycheck to paycheck. I am extremely disappointed in the fact that I had to pay because of one lousy form that didn’t make my filing any harder. I do not find myself to be entitled of anything. I will happily pay my dues were there owed but, when I am filing my taxes myself on a service that is supposed to be free, I think it’s just another way for the man to make his buck! I’ll be considering taking my business elsewhere next year.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I trust Turbo Tax. Turbo Tax is very thorough. Sometimes I get bored with checking again, but I know it's necessary. It seems a bit expensive. Help is very good. It is quick and courteous. I don't feel it's necessary or appropriate to share my personal information. (below)
