Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is so easy! I did the basic $60 plan, and the whole process was quick and easy! I do wish I knew why it costs $60...maybe there was a blurb that I missed but I don't understand what happened that cost $60.....

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax does not handle Form 4684 correctly! Form 4684 for Federally Declared Disasters require Line 5 and Line 6 to remain empty if a Safe Harbor method is being used and the resulting loss from the Safe Harbor method be put into only Line 7. TurboTax does not allow Line 5 or Line 6 to be empty. Nor does it allow Line 7 to be overridden! When calling the support line, I was connected to someone whose accent was so heavy, I could not make out what they were saying even after asking them to spell the words they were trying to say. My only option was either (1) print the forms out and white out the Line 5 and 6 on 95 enteries and mail or (2) e-file and hope the explanation that TurboTax would not allow the correct entries, which I chose. When researching this issue, it was known to TurboTax in 2019. I wasted many hours trying to deal with this issue.

The service walks you through every possible scenario that might apply to you and there is live help if you need it. For someone who does not know a lot about taxes, I was able to file easily with minimal headache.
