Rated 4 out of 5 by from I always use TurboTax but poor search mechanism TurboTax has always been my go-to tax prep tool. But I've noticed that the search tool is getting poorer and poorer. It takes forever for it to search for a topic or file and most times doesn't help with my question. I now just look for my queries on the internet. Interesting is that they often reference a TurboTax answer that doesn't seem to appear in the TurboTax program. A bit frustrating.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax works! TurboTax sent my tax return instantly! Then was rejected by the IRS after 3 or 5 days. My bad, I forgot to file for 2019. Thank you TurboTax for helping me FIX my return! Fingers crossed!
