Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax quality went down this year The quality of TurboTax went down a lot this year. I came across multiple errors during entering the data, the navigation from screen to screen was not smooth and easy like prior years.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Misleading charge Turbo Tax insisted that I needed to upgrade to Deluxe in order to file an I-9, which I did not end up filing. There was not an option to go back. Since I travel a lot for work, I had to file tax returns in four different states. I was not aware that the deluxe charge would be applied to each state. In two of those states I earned nothing in tax returns due to their states specific laws. I am not someone who can afford a $275 charge for no discernible services.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Charged $100 for no reason very unsatisfied with TurboTax, I was charged $100 for turbotax live basic when I should have been able to file for free but I had to add a payment so I could finish filing and it didn't even tell me how much I would be charged because I didn't select anything
