Rated 2 out of 5 by from Found menus more difficult to navigate. Currently filed my federal taxes and went back to print my state to file. The program doesn't want to allow me access to only my state forms. Wants to step me through everything. Your program used to be more intuitive and easier to navigate. Thankfully we can access assistance from a live person. Never had issues previously but this year not the same. Not sure if this is because the tax code is getting more difficult or your program is less intuitive. No crypto support. Was told to create an account online and had to enter it manually.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from very confusing not sure what i'm doing. probably shouldn't be doing my own taxes. too complicated. didn't really understand the questions, i just put in numbers and until i could click 'next' tried to ask for help and it said i would get help in 7 minutes, never got help just had to keep clicking and then it was submitted so i guess it's all wrong now?
