Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do not use the expert live full service!! Live expert mode was very frustrating. Expert was hard to understand, her availability was very limited, usually after 10 pm. Would take days to get a response from the expert. The process took 7 days to complete the return and ours is not a complex return at all. Will never use this full service again!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from this release is full of bugs Transmitted one return without a problem, tried to transmit another return and it wouldn't due to a problem with the downloading update and the program recognizing the update. Very frustrating.
