Rated 2 out of 5 by from electronic filing for federal feature again as last year electronic filing feature did not work. said my AGI was incorrect which it was not . Having to file by mail again. Disappointing $75.00 program and no federal efile working two years in a row. Tax program works well, but transmitting to IRS sucks and I am angry. Dont know if I will use next year, may switch to another program to try to efile another way effectively.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax was not as awesome this year We ended up talking with 2 live agents who were absolutely awesome!! Thank you for having amazing online support technicians! I would like to suggest making a change to the instructions when downloading the CD to a laptop that says "please remove CD before beginning your returns". I had issues because I never removed the CD before beginning the entries. It kept adding liability when it should have been subtracting. I had to call and be told that if I leave the CD in my CD drive that the input can get messed up. It also would not allow me to type in required fields with the CD in the CD drive. Again, thank you for having amazing people in place on the help lines and on a weekend too!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from A couple of serious flaws Preparing a tax retuen with multiple trades, the software dod not save all of the numbers that were input. Last year, I was able to create 1040-es estimated payment coupons. Trying multipe times and can not do it this year. Very, very frustrating,. Seriously considering using another product next year.
