Rated 3 out of 5 by from Constant asking to upgrade is annoying. I don't appreciate being asked 4 times to up grade, then saying .. "ARE YOU SURE" by making me click another time to get out of the sales pitch. Ill find another tax service next year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better and better experience year to year. Makes the process better and better every year. Really appreciate the auto fill from year to year and the ease of use. Could do without the constant upgrade probing, but other than that Turbo Tax is a really great tool.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Use to be simpler I have been using TurboTax since 1999 and have loved it, but it seems to be getting more and more complex and taking longer and longer to file taxes each year. I am almost to the point I would rather pay someone else to just do it for me.

Once again I found myself under the gun and was just told by another friend how great her experience was, so I thought I would give it shot. It was incredibly easy and efficient!!! I am going to sleep well tonight!

You trick people into using your "free" version only to force them to upgrade after putting in a ton of info, leaving them with the choice of either refiling from scratch somewhere else or putting up the ridiculous amount of money you guys ask for. Definitely not using TurboTax next year.
