Rated 4 out of 5 by from A valuable tool but it seemed "Buggy" this year I use Turbo Tax every year. It is a great application and easy to use. The last two years it seems to be more "buggy" than usual. Several times it left me hanging with a blank page. Luckily, I found a user quorum for a workaround. I had to go back into the program as an administrator. One shouldn't have to do that.

I recommend the desktop version because I did it on my phone and it said I owed nearly $1000 on state when I really was supposed to receive over $400 but then as I was going on with my refund it kept saying I needed to upgrade or it wouldn't process and then it added surprise charge and fee at the end. it went from $70 to upgrade to $160 without taxes at the end.
