This year I added the Live Premier option to assist with something that I was having trouble with. Their live professional (Maryanne) was both patient and very helpful. Great Service!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Waste of Money I have used Turbo Tax for many years. Each year it becomes less user friendly and more expensive. I spend more time fixing errors, waiting for online support, and refiling rejected returns than doing my actual returns. I was given incorrect information by their customer support and disconnected by Turbo Tax while waiting for a manager.
