Where needed I was able to google my questions and get answers from a Turbo Tax person. Plus I am able to keep records. You have done my taxes since I started having to have them done. Thanks for your great team!!!!!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from could be better I had much difficulty with cost basis entries on sale of home. Step by step totally missed $1000's of dollars for the cost basis and home improvements. It took allot of time to finally getting it manually entered on the forms. Step by Step was pretty much useless.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is extremely helpful There are many instances in which I would have been lost in the detail of the IRS instructions, for example (we're filing a joint return) one of us is retired and the other still working. TurboTax made it clear what is needed in order to completely fulfill the requirements of reporting mandatory withdrawals from a 403B program/
