Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Deluxe is awesome and easy to use! I have been using Turbo Tax software for more than a decade and find that it easy to use and always contains the most up to date tax changes!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Complicated return and TT was better than a CPA I had a complicated return this year, as I was able to sell and exercise a lot stock options, and was required to handle returns in a different state where the options were granted. A local CPA dragged their feet and quoted me about 10% higher underpayment than Turbo Tax and would have been 3x as expensive. Had a great experience with live review, got really good advice, and learned quite a bit more about the process.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed with state download The Federal was fine as usual, but it was very difficult getting the download for New York State. I had to spend nearly an hour trying to get it. The phone number listed in the program to call for help was not helpful. Eventually I was able to get the download. This program was not as user friendly as in the past and I have used TurboTax for years. If next year's has a similar issue, I may stop using Turbo Tax.
