Rated 2 out of 5 by from Still have to PAY for STATE filing??? For simple taxes, TT is great! Once you start getting into K-1s, crypto not so much. Some questions are not easy to understand. And the program says this number can't be zero but the reference form and line is zero... I paid up for Premier but still have to chip in for STATE filing (doing my kid's taxes). Seriously considering another software

Rated 1 out of 5 by from refile instruction to fix errors are terrible. Needed a new PIN to file taxes and the process to refile it terrible. It never went back to the entry point to correct the problem. it just went to refile without fixing anything.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from GETS IN A LOOP WHEN THERE IS AN ISSUE I TRY TO USE SUPPORT/HELP BUT DON'T GET AN ANSWER TO MY QUESTION. I END UP TRYING DIFFERENT WAYS TO MOVE FORWARD BUT IT TAKES A LONG TIME TO FIND THE RIGHT WAY TO DO IT.
