Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is OK Turbo Tax 2020 was a disappointment. Help features used to be linked to the form/page I was using. I struggled to find help. I was directed to forums. I would have preferred the old IRS link and Help features. It is a challenge to come up with wording that will actually connect me with useful help.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Employee stock plan worksheets broken Your employee stock plan worksheets won't download correctly and there are multiple complaints from users stating it doesn't work. This type of stuff needs to work instead of having to spend extra time figuring out a work around or having taxes down elsewhere so that it can be filed right! I've used Turbo tax for 10+ years but will look for another option next year and save myself the extra time and frustration.
