Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax Live is Easy I am glad that I used TurboTax Live. I enjoyed that I did not have to do much work other than upload forms and answer a few questions. I was able to save time and maximize my return by using the service. The expert that I worked with was very friendly and helpful!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not sure about Turbo Tax computations. I was getting a federal refund, yet Turbo tax created quarterly tax payments that totaled to about 4 times what I was getting in the refund. Does it expect taxes to turn upside down next year?

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Good but Hardly great First off. $119 TurboTax bill because I sold 1 stock. NOT COOL Triple Verification at every turn. This was my worst experience using TurboTax since I started in 2008. I'm giving it 2 stars only because it got done today.

He was knowledgeable about tax laws and regulations and was able to answer all of my questions with ease. Overall, the process was quick and easy, and I felt comfortable and at ease throughout. I'd recommend TurboTax to anyone looking for a reliable tax professional.
