Rated 4 out of 5 by from Should show important changings compare last year I had found there were much less deductions when Landlord got heavy lost in Covid-19 time. In 2020, I could report and deduct most of my rental lost; However, this year neither Federal nor state allow this, before I typing into my last 2 rental properties' depreciable info, your work sheet keeps any cost away from Schedule E cost columns. Why don't you explain any little to customers?
