Rated 5 out of 5 by from LOVE TURBO TAX! I had an issue with my taxes bc I didn't file last year. I was distraught as tax day is coming up quick! I was worried that I would have to *gulp* leave my house to go to H&R Block to fix them! 😤 I clicked a help extension and an angel came through my wireless device like Moses parting the red sea. She helped me figure my problem out and waited till everything was fully resolved before departing. Thank you for saving me from going outside on a non-work day!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Forced to Pay for State Return I'm retired and needed to file a federal return because I secured insurance through the Marketplace in 2022. I do not need to file a state return. However, TurboTax did not provide me with the option of filing only federal, so I had to pay for state as well. I even tried the live help to no avail. Won't be using this tax software next year!!!!
