Rated 3 out of 5 by from Federal returns worked fine, State had problems I was able to follow the directions to fill out the required info for both federal and state tax forms, no problems. However, when it came time to actually file both federal and state and pay for the state filling fee and the audit protection fee I was unable to complete the process due to an error message that continuously displayed. I talked to one of your tech's and there was no resolution to the problem. I was able to file the federal return and pay them what I owed them but i delayed filing the state. I never was able efile the state return and ended up mailing it in.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from First time TurboTax User - Forever customer I was really surprised by how easy it was to navigate and enter all of my information. I was even more surprised at how easy it was to file my (multiple) state returns. That other Tax company that starts with an "H" is so much harder to navigate and information is horrible to find. I ended up saving almost $250 by letting TurboTax walk me through the process instead of paying someone else or using that other company.
