I appreciate the ability to click on the learn more button and get a new tab that explains things thoroughly. I love that my information is saved every year and I can do my taxes quickly with less hassle. The ability to import information with document ID numbers has made it simple to add forms. I'm so thankful you could help me correct and refile my return quickly when my return was rejected. Thanks TurboTax!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I was not fully informed I was not fully informed that I would have to use the "deluxe" version of turbotax and was charged for the service and after spending two hours on the phone with them and was "disconnected" and then called back waiting another hour to get back in contact with a representative nothing was done to help or give any information or assistance with this issue I used this because they advertise and promote free and then forced me to be charged a fee that they would not explain why!

I'm not very happy with the way you get trapped into using the more expensive program or you have to stop and get nothing I've used Turbo Tax for years and.It"s gotten more expensive to use every year.Especially when we don't get a refund.
