Rated 4 out of 5 by from EASY TO USE IT WAS SO EASY TO FILe. I remember all the years I gathered the information and took to a local neighbor who had a tax filing business. I have used Turbo Tax for the last few years and it is so easy. A couple of hours and it is completed! The only reason for a 4 star rating is I feel the cost is a little high.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from turbo tax upsetting that we had to pay a processing fee when we already paid for the software. IF we wanted to pay a fee we would go to a professional tax consultant to prepare our taxes for us and spend their own time doing so- considering other options for next tax season

Rated 4 out of 5 by from OK, but made errors NJ W2 had FLI tax listed as income tax. I went through the convoluted TT instructions to clean this up. At some later point I changed my state medical deduction. TT proceeded to undo the W2 cleanup behind my back. I only discovered the problem as I was about to hit the final E-file button, when TT warned me of a problem. I fixed it somewhat but I got yelled at again because the I didn't properly delete the phantom W2 or something. Please clean this up for next year. I'm sure my employer wasn't the only company to get this wrong, since they have a 3rd party do this work for them

Rated 3 out of 5 by from E-FILING for Federal and one state should be free We have been using Turbo tax for many years now. We like the ease of the program. We have watch the price increases over the years and we understand business. However, The charges for e-filing for one state is excessive and takes advantage of our desire to get our refunds fast. I only use it if getting a refund but I still feel that at least one state should be free !
