Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo tax is fantastic Been using turbo tax for the few years. Its easy to file and they walk through everything. They also make sure you get every deduction you can. The best part is they keep your information from the previous year. Highly recommend using Turbo Tax even if you have done your own taxes. I have never been audited for mistakes made on my taxes.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Disappointed in 2020 Software Glitches Problems paying for both Audit Defense and E filing of my state return. Both times the screen would not advance to allow me to enter my payment information. As I result I had to call Audit Defense and then Turbo Tax to get my payment processed manually. I have been a user of your product for 20 years and am dissppointed in these product glithches. The Audit Defense Associate said everyone is having this issue and the TurboTax Associate said quite a few were having this issue. Not the product quality I expected from Turbotax, I should get a refund of my purchase price or a voucher for a free copy of the premier software for 2021. I am an early retired CPA still holding a permit to practice.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tech support was marvelous Could not e-file because the notice said I was missing an update.. The lady that helped me for three days and I was finally able to e-file. She was so very very helpful and was more determined to find out the problem than I was.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is AMAZEBALLS!!! Turbo Tax is very easy to navigate through however through no fault of your part my filing got rejected from IRS and so when I opted to call Jessica walked me through the steps to corrrect my error and refile so tytytytyty so much!

I wish bank account information could be pulled up from the previous years Turbo tax for me to verify rather than hand entering it. I wish I could report number as they actually appear on 1099's and W-2's rather than having to change them to what Turbo Tax think they should be.
