Rated 1 out of 5 by from Rejected return and expensive TurboTax brags about being easy and free, it is NEITHER of these. After paying 120 bucks to do everything myself my return was rejected. Way to make a ridiculous process even more ridiculous.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Had some weird problems this year Generally Turbo Tax works well for me but this year I had some weird problems that kept me from completing my returns. I had to contact and speak with two separate tax specialist were fantastic! They were patient and worked through the problems which were unique and resolved my issues. Kudos to Nicole and Caitlyn!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible experience TurboTax allowed me to complete both my federal and state returns with an obviour error. Next TurboTax sent me a message telling me there was an error reference Form 1095-A. The instructions for fixing the error did not come close to the actual screen I was viewing. I have an advance knowledge of taxes and inspite of TurbTax I was able to locate the error and file my returns. Very frustrating experience!!!

The explanations and guidance were extremely helpful to me and made this year's preparation much faster than prior years. I now have a better understanding of the tax deductions and how to improve my situation next year.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Step by step but sometimes loops I'm definitely grateful for turbotax as a product. I can use it when it is convenient, and I like that it asks questions to keep you going. Sometimes I find myself in a loop, though, going through the same sections again and again. I guess that might be avoidable.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I hate TurboTax The fees TurboTax charges are insane. People who make less than $60K should not be charged $168 to file. We choose TurboTax because it USED to be cheaper, but now it is expensive. This will be the last time I use TurboTax.
