Rated 2 out of 5 by from Hawaii State Return The software imported my income from my fed return verbatim. The majority of my income came from sources that are non-taxable by Hawaii, AND there is no facility to edit the Hawaii return. The result is that TT for Hawaii calculated my tax due wildly inaccurately. The help Desk was unable to give me access to edit the software. So, the Hawaii return is useless, not to mention the time wasted trying to use it. I want a REFUND for my Hawaii state software!!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from too expensive it's easy to use. some of the directions are not very clear unless you are a lawyer. but still helpful, kind of. other than that it's way tooooooooo expensive. I'm moving back to my other software next year to save some money.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Thank you TurboTax I have been filing my own taxes for 8 years now with TurboTax. This is the first year I had many issues. I am currently deployed overseas and my wife had to call on my behave and assist with the issues. On 2 occasions they were extremely helpful but ultimately the issues were not user error it was the system not working properly it uploaded a 1099 3 times.
