Rated 2 out of 5 by from Should Have Just Done it Myself I opted for this service with the hopes of improving the quality of my return or identifying any credit/refund opportunities that I could have been missing doing it by myself. I payed a lot of money and I received neither. The service basically did what I did by myself. I do not know what I gained. Oh well. I tried it. Back to DIY.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is a good product. This is a good product on a stable platform. Some of the less common areas a thin in quick guidance but the on call accountants are excellent and have helped me tremendously in tricky areas.
