Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbotax is Getting problematic in its old age IRS sent me a 6 digit PIN for filing but program would only accept a 5 digit number. E-filing may or may not work but there's a disconnect here. Last year I paid to e-file state return but the return was rejected and I never got a refund or an explanation. Going to mail this year. I have 3 different accounts at one financial company and have to manually enter 2 of them every year. Interface with computer seems rougher than in the past. Used Turbotax for over 10 years so I'm disappointed.
