Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very simple to file! I have not used TurboTax in about 4 years due to complicated tax issues. I love using it when life is straight forward and is simple. The program is just like going to H&R Block when someone asks you the same questions as long as you can read and understand the simple language used life is good.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is great. I had no trouble with TurboTax. My state's tax law and its obscure requests were the only problem. That's the fault of government, not TurboTax.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Meh The format wasn't horrible for filing so kudos to the developers, but I deducted two stars because I'm poor and TurboTax went from being nearly free last year to me paying 147$ I don't have. This return is going towards fixing my car, not that the greedy overlords care about anything other than drawing blood from stones. The "this was actually free" reviews were akin to click bait, but I did take time to read the asterisks. I will never use TurboTax again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent product, improve partnership handling As a long-time user, I find the product fabulous. Despite that, I'd love you to improve how the tool handles partnerships. Rather than display the name, everything seems driven by address. While that makes sense for real estate, for oil and gas royalty trusts, it is a nightmare. During the brokerage download, TurboTax consolidates everything into one partnership. Unfortunately, I own 4. This forces me to delete it (as no editing is allowed) and manually re-enter the information -- EXTREMELY PAINFUL! For these, it would be better if you just loaded exactly what the broker provided and displayed the name rather than just an address.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Thank you TurboTax! Back in the old day, I was able to complete the 1040EZ form without any complications. Over the years, taxes have gotten so complicated and I could not imagine breezing my way through without TurboTax to guide me!
