Rated 4 out of 5 by from Tax return process ok, but viewing data isn't Creating tax return was straightforward with TurboTax. Being able to download the forms from various financial institutions is a big time saver. The guided question format, help links, etc make a tedious process much simpler. The one thing I do not like is the inability to navigate directly to the tax form itself (which is easy to do in offline version). Also, when taxes were complete it was difficult to compare previous year's returns to this year. Lastly, I haven't yet found a way to download/save my tax file in human readable format - at least not before they offer to let you review the service.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is really a life saver In using turbo tax for more than 10 years I have noticed that even when tax laws get crazier, it is still easy to use. just have to be patient and use the online help resources when need to.

I ended up with a lot of forms that were only available electronically this year, so it was nice to be told which things I need.

I appreciate all the options with more info and the informational videos throughout. I also appreciate how proactive turbotax software is, acknowledging questions I might have early on and/or letting me know a certain topic (like healthcare) will come later in the process.
