Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very helpful for confusing tax situations I am a US citizen but live and work outside of the US full time. That can create tricky situations when reporting income, so I purchased the Live Assisted Deluxe package to get help throughout the process. Some of the tax agents were better than others which is why I rated 4 stars instead of 5. But I was able to get through my taxes in 68 minutes which is probably 10x faster than if I had did it alone. Thank you.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very difficult online I did not like the on-line option and having to type in each response before going to the next. I prefer to see the whole form and fill it out that way. Did I have to pay for this twice??? I paid for this a Best Buy and then had to pay again when I electronically filed.
