Rated 3 out of 5 by from Years of Turbo Tax This year with Turbo Tax was more frustrating. They didn't prompt the question about prepaid taxes or social security. Just general topic income. More frustrating was the final part about banking information. They didn't recognize multiple attempts with routing and account numbers that have been the same for decades. Upon calling my bank as suggested there was no reason that the numbers shouldn't have been recognized. The other big frustration was the "verification code" that was to be sent at the end to the email listed. It said it would be there in 5 minutes. No such luck. (Other emails from personal sources came in promptly). Upon request to resend there was still nothing after 5-10 minutes. Then after 15 minutes the first one came but wasn't accepted or recognized. Waiting 15 more minutes for the second one and it wouldn't be recognized either. After another 30 minutes of waiting no more came and we were logged out of the account. Upon relogging in that question wasn't asked again. So, for something that should have been fairly quick it took almost an extra hour.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not impressed Tried to charge me 40 dollars to pay for itself out of my refund...this is supposed to be a tech company and its supposed to make everyone's lives mutually easily. I wish I didnt have to use this service
