Turbo tax is the most expensive program and then they charge you even more money to file with your state. and more money for audit insurance. and more money...

Rated 1 out of 5 by from You've made it harder In a presumed effort to streamline this process you have taken the basic control away from the user. I had no idea I could no longer go see my actual tax forms while filling out the information. Why is this? I tried to switch to the downloaded version, that didn't work. It wouldn't take my credit card that I use all the time. I felt as though I had very little control. I still am not sure I have a copy of the forms for my files. And you cover yourselves for EVERYTHING. I even have to check a box to agree to terms and conditions to send this so you. I've used this program for years but I'm done.
