Rated 1 out of 5 by from Let down after 17 years I find it horrible that you constantly try to get your customers to upgrade the package they choose, saying the refund will be hundreds of dollars more, when the refund increase rarely covers your upcharge. Additionally, we have been using turbotax for nearly 20 years and we were welcomed back to our 8th year. Great record keeping!
